Products with an official warranty are mentioned on the product page. For products without a warranty, we offer our checking warranty for 15 days to ensure your satisfaction.
Are your products genuine?
We source all products from reliable suppliers and importers. Our purchaser and quality control team personally ensure that the products meet our high standards.
Is there a way to get the product when it's not in stock?
If an item is currently out of stock then click 'Ask a question' and enter your details. We will inform you when it's back. You can also request products on WhatsApp, and if we can arrange it, we’ll inform you.

Yes, our shop is located in Karachi. Customers in Karachi can visit our shop to view products and make purchases directly. For customers outside Karachi, you can conveniently shop online, and will deliver your parcel to your doorstep.

What payment choices are available?
We accept via cash on delivery, bank transfer, and debit or credit cards.

What should I do if my payment fails?
In case of payment failure, verify your card details. We accept only Pakistani cards due to security reasons. If the issue persists, contact your bank or our customer support.
Do you require advance payment for high-value orders?
Yes, for orders over Rs. 20,000, we require a 20% advance payment to secure and process your order efficiently.
How can I make the advance payment for my order?
You can proceed with the transaction by choosing the two options:
- Bank Transfers: You can pay us 20% of the total amount or make a full amount transfer.
- Debit & Credit Card: We just need to inform you, if you select card payment you will be charged 3.5% of card processing fee.
What will happen If I cannot make the advance payment?
Your order will be canceled. If we do not receive it within three days.
Is the advance payment refundable?
Yes, we will refund your money if you cancel before dispatch.

How can I place my order?
Use the category menu or search bar at the top of our website. Find your desire product. Click Add to Cart and proceed to Checkout. Enter delivery details and click on Complete Order.
Can I get a discount code?
When you place your order, you will receive a discount code in your parcel for future purchases. For additional coupon, review the product with photos of the item you received, and we'll email you a code for up to Rs. 1,000 off.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, you can cancel or change the order before dispatch. Contact our customer service with your order details. Once dispatched order cannot be canceled or modified..
How can I track my order?
After completing your order, you'll receive a tracking id. use this tracking id to track your order.
Can I return or exchange my product?
You can initiate the request within 15 days of purchase to ensure your product meets our criteria for return and exchange. Explore further details about our Return & Exchange Policy.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please contact our customer service immediately. We will arrange for a return and send you the correct product or provide a replacement or refund.

How long does delivery take to my location?
We provide standard delivery with varying times based on location:
- 1-2 working days for Karachi
- 3-4 working days for major cities
- Up to 7 days for remote areas
Do you offer international delivery?
Currently, we do not deliver internationally, we only deliver in Pakistan.
What if my delivery address is incomplete or I want to self collection at courier office?
If your delivery address is incomplete or you prefer self-collection at our courier office, we kindly request an advance payment of Rs. 300. This helps ensure smooth processing and avoids any potential delays in delivery or pickup.
- Note: The Rs. 300 advance payment will be deducted from your order total.
Can I check my parcel before payment on delivery?
Yes, you can check your parcel before payment in major cities.

Which courier service do you use to send parcel?
We prefer Trax for deliveries. As a secondary option, we use TCS and Leopard.
