Welcome to Shopaholic! From day one, our main goal has been to provide your orders as quickly as possible to your doorsteps. Here you can find every bit of information about our whole process.

Delivery Destinations

We deliver items all across Pakistan. We do not entertain any international shipping.

Delivery Methods & Time

Currently, we offer only a standard delivery, it can be delivered to your address within 3 to 5 business days.

Shopaholic and its partners try our best to deliver your product on time but sometimes because of unforeseen reasons, delivery can be late due to bad weather conditions, political instability, and bad road infrastructure in rural areas.

Delivery Charges

  • Orders in Karachi premises will be charged Rs.199/=
  • Orders all over Pakistan will be charged Rs.249/=
  • You can avail yourself of free delivery when the order amounts to over Rs.4000 across Pakistan.

Order Processing Time

Your orders start processing right away upon hitting "Place Order". In a few seconds, you'll get an automated call for the confirmation of the order. After you confirm your order, we start preparing to safely pack your order and hand it over to the courier service.

Track Your Order

Once your order is dispatched. A tracking ID will be forwarded to your email, and you can also check it on our website. Visit our website and click on Track Your Order it will redirect you to our tracking order page. Add your tracking and mobile number to view your order status.

Delivery Issues

We always try our best to deliver your products on time but in some rare cases, our delivery partners encounter some difficulties. You can contact our Customer Support we try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Missed delivery can happen to anyone, no need to worry, we have a relaxation of two days. Our delivery partner will call you shortly to inform you that you missed your delivery. Coordinate with them, and ensure them you will be there for the next delivery attempt.

Address Change

You can change the address after placing the order, Please call us immediately to inform us to change your address. We can only help you with this if the product is not dispatched from our warehouse.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrived with damaged or missing items. You need to apply for return & exchange within 15 days. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy for a hassle-free process.

Delivery Partners

We deliver our products with our trusted delivery partners. You can visit the websites of Trax, TCS, and Leopard to learn more about our courier services. In rural areas where our partners are unable to deliver, you can visit their nearest office for self-collection. Please note, that we do not use Pakistan Post Office services.
